Why I am working with CESI: I believe research is truly meaningful when it is able to build awareness and create a real impact. Working with CESI has been rewarding. I have been able to participate in a project that is amplifying the voices of social justice organizations within the Guelph community, and showcasing how they are making our world a more beautiful place, despite the many challenges that they face.

Program of study: I am currently in my final year of my Master’s in Food and Agricultural Resource Economics. My research is focused on encouraging sustainable practices to build healthy soils for Ontario farmers.
