All are invited to celebrate International Women's Day in a presentation and discussion of leadership, mentorship and an equal future.
This webinar will highlight the results of CESI's project that interviewed women* leaders in Guelph and Wellington about the barriers and opportunities they have experienced on their journey to positions in various leadership roles. It will also feature a performance by a spoken word poet and a panel discussion on the role of mentorship, with four local women* leaders in the Guelph/Wellington community. All attendees will be invited to participate in the conversation around mentorship.
