The Hubert H. Harshman scholarship is a $5000 award available to students registered in the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences who:
- are engaged in a project through the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute, or studying in the area of applied nutrition;
- have demonstrated good citizenship, social responsibility and leadership in society;
- have demonstrated financial need (as per the government-mandated terms of receipt of an OSOTF/OTSS award).
Selection will be based on the relevance of the project or research, and the student's contributions that demonstrate good citizenship, social responsibility and leadership in society.
