Toward Common Ground Data Portal
Toward Common Ground partners created a wellbeing framework to act as a common language tool and lens for stakeholders of social and health wellbeing in Guelph and Wellington. CESI at the University of Guelph is one of many local organizations that worked together to develop the Portal. The purpose of this framework is to assist us to:
· understand needs, gaps, strengths;
· take strategic action; and
· measure impact.
