Aarabhi Rajendiran
Why I am working at the Research Shop: Through working with the Research Shop I am able to collaborate with fellow students, faculty, and community partners to develop innovative strategies and tackle complex health and social issues. It will ultimately broaden my knowledge, perspectives, and understanding of how community-based research and knowledge mobilization are used to stimulate growth and foster resilience in our local communities.
Program of Study: As a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Health, I will be developing a comprehensive evaluation framework to evaluate the impact of a population health intervention aimed at vulnerable children and their families. Through both research and evaluation methodologies, the framework will be informed by statistics, expert opinion, and by the community stakeholders who lead the intervention.
