Why I'm working with CESI/the Research Shop: Working at CESI’s Research Shop combines my passion for community building and research. My career goal is to become a program evaluator. So, working as a program evaluator for the Research Shop is an excellent opportunity to acquire real-world skills and experiences while making a positive impact with our community partners. 

Program of study: I am a MA candidate in the Department of Applied Social Psychology. My research examines the process that transgender and gender non-conforming individuals undergo when changing their names.
