Why I’m working at the Research Shop: Working with CESI gives me the opportunity to address problems identified by the community through solutions grounded in shared knowledge. This bottom-up, collaborative approach to tackling pressing issues is incredibly impactful and provides a unique perspective compared to my other academic experiences.
